To MyCryptoProfile & Phala users: During the PhalaWorld Shell NFT Minting event, the MCP service experienced frequent service outage caused by an overload of traffic, resulting in some users being unable to create aggregated identities and thus unable to mint Shell NFT. There was no security breach nor property loss during the incident. We feel deeply sorry for any inconvenience to PhalaWorld and MCP users. Thanks to a quick reaction time from our team, the MCP service is now back to normal with reduced time-outs and faster responses. We investigated the issue from different sides and discovered the real cause that comes from the infrastructure configuration. Nethertheless, we understand this is far from an acceptable solution in the short and mid-term. We will continue to investigate service infrastructure optimization and improve performance. A: In short, the team proposed an inflation model to fuel the staking mechanism (POS) in the Litentry Network. The proposal targets: 1) a 1.5% annual inflation rate in the first 1,296,000 blocks(~= 6 months), 0.5% goes towards incentivizing collators, 1% is for users that stake their LIT tokens 2) a 2.5% annual inflation rate After block 1,296,001 will be applied, 0.5% goes towards incentivizing collators, 2% is for users that stake their LIT tokens Q: What changed since the last proposal?
